Britton Slifka, University of West Georgia

Britton and her UWG Lady Wolves teammates made an epic end of season run to land in the NCAA D2 Gulf South Conference championship game.  Unfortunately, the Lady Wolves fell short to Lee University in the finals, but Britton had an outstanding freshman season at UWG.

Britton was a former standout defender for USC 01/02 Girls Premier team before her family moved to Hoover, AL in her junior year of high school, where she finished her club soccer career with AL FC.  She has enjoyed significant playing time as a true freshman, appearing in every game UWG has played this season.
