Three USC players have received the tremendous honor of selection via the Barca Escola and Camp system to travel internationally to compete in Barcelona, Spain at FC Barceolona Sponsored International Tournaments.
USC is extremely proud of the successful development we are seeing in our program. Many years of hard work and dedication to quality standards and perspective have helped us create an environment where successful soccer experiences can take place. Combining the standards and perspective with many years of experience and knowledge and a commitment to teaching the game at the highest standards of skill and decision making has helped USC develop some very successful teams, that produce some very successful players. These boys represent so many fantastic players in our program, and we are very excited and proud to see them competing at an international standard, and representing our program in such tremendous fashion on and off of the field. They are true ambassadors of the game, and representatives of the values and principles of United Soccer Club.

ARNAV MASKEY
Arnav Maskey of the USC 08B Premier has traveled to two different International Barca Tournaments. One was hosted in the Dominican Republic, and the other hosted in Barcelona, also at the Camp Nou. Arnav was selected to a team from attendance of the Barca Academy Camp System Headquarters in Charlotte, NC.

After successfully competing in two Barca hosted tournaments, Arnav was also invited to return to Spain to compete in a world class youth tournament, the MIC!!
The MIC is the Mediterranean International Cup held is Girona, Spain. It is regarded as one of the largest most competitive youth international tournaments in the world. It boasts a history of hosting such tremendous youth players in the tournament such as Lionel Messi, Sergio Ramos, Andres Iniesta, Wayne Rooney, Marcus Rashford and many others.
Arnav has achieved the prestigious honor of being the only 08 birth year player to be select to an all 07 birth year team of top level players selected from around the FC Barcelona Camp and Academy System in the US. His team consists of members from top DA U12 teams from around the country such as FC Dallas, Sporting Kansas City and Houston Dynamo FC. This years U12 Top Flight Division will host several of the top professional youth club teams from around the world, to include: FC Barcelona, Real Madrid FC, Tottenham Hotspurs, Paris St Germain, Girona FC, Juventus FC, RCD Espanyol, and Olympic Lyonnais. Arnav is with a team based out of US called Team ISL, and will compete in the top U12 division of the major international event in Group L of the 64 team tournament. His group play will face Paris St Germain (of Paris, France - club of world stars Neymar Jr and Kylian Mbappe), AE Monells (from Spain), and YS World Select (out of Japan).
Arnav’s team will kick off their tournament tomorrow, 4/16/19 (E Class, Group L, Team ISL).

EMERSON RILES
Emerson Riles of the USC 08B Premier is currently (4/15/19 through 4/19/19) in Barcelona, Spain on a team selected through the Barca Camp system in Atlanta, GA.
Emerson and his family are extremely excited for this wonderful cultural lifetime soccer experience. Some reports from the experience.
Day 1 (4/15/19) Game 1: Emerson’s team played a team from Singapore and won 2-1, Emerson Riles with game winning goal
Day 1 (4/15/19) Game 2: Emerson’s team played a team from Bogota, Colombia and won 3-2. Emerson scored in this game as well.

AIDEN MARQUEZ
Aidan Marquez of the USC 05B Premier has traveled twice to Barcelona to compete in an International Tournament hosted at the Camp Nou grounds in Barcelona, home of one of the greatest professional clubs in the world, the home of Messi. Aidan was selected to a team comprised of players who participated in the Barca Camp System in Orlando, FL.
Aidan’s successful performances in the Barca Youth Tournaments earned his selection to return to Spain to compete in one of the highest youth international tournaments in the world, the MIC. Mediterranean International Cup.
