90 Girls Team Page

The United SC '90 Girls team is preparing for the 2008 US Youth Soccer Southern Region Championship tournament in Raleigh/Wilson, North Carolina.  The team is representing the Region III Central Subregion and will be among teams from 12 states in the competition.  Group play matches for the team are scheduled for June 20, 21, and 22.  United wishes the girls good luck in the tournament.

Three USC '90 Girls participated in National Signing Day and signed a letter of intent to play collegiate soccer.  Sarah Mather signed with Virginia Tech, Annie Ormond with the University of South Alabama, and Elisabeth 'Bit' Sikes with Middle Tennessee State University.  Congratulations to the girls on their accomplishments.  The United family is very proud of their efforts.

Congratulations to the United SC '90 Girls for making finalists in the 2007 Alabama Youth Soccer Association State Cup tournament.  The '90 Girls played a very competitive match in the final game but fell just short.  The United family is very proud of their accomplishments this season and wish the best of luck to the ones that are moving on.
